International Shipping:
- Our shipping services are currently limited within the Philippines. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

Initiating a Return:

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 30 working days after verification of cash payments and credit card transactions. Please note that the exact timeframe may depend on the processing timeline of your bank.
Non-Returnable Items:

Damaged or Defective Items:
