From April 8 to 12, 2026, the Megatrade Halls of SM Megamall will transform into something extraordinary — a celebration of Filipino ingenuity, flavor, and the quiet determination of small businesses that have built something worth tasting. The 2026 DTI–Bagong Pilipinas National Food Fair brings together more than 320 micro, small, and medium enterprises from across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, each one carrying the distinct character of its region in every product on display. Admission is free, and the invitation is open to everyone.
What makes this event more than a food market is the depth of story behind every booth. Many of the enterprises participating were built by Filipinos who returned home from working abroad and channeled years of discipline, savings, and resilience into a business of their own. Others represent generations of regional craft — food traditions that have survived long enough to deserve a national stage. Coconut-based products take a special spotlight this year under the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan, and a dedicated Halal segment reflects the DTI’s growing commitment to positioning Filipino products in the global Halal market.
Beyond the tasting and the sampling and the live demonstrations, the Fair functions as a genuine marketplace of opportunity. The DTI Business Connect Lounge facilitates direct conversations between MSMEs and institutional buyers — distributors, retailers, and partners who can take a small regional product and bring it to shelves it has never reached before. Every handshake in that room is a potential supply agreement. Each conversation carries the possibility of a livelihood sustained, a family supported, and a Filipino brand finding its place in a wider world.
There is something deeply fitting about an event like this happening in the same country where the philosophy of bringing the best of Europe into Filipino homes has found such a natural home. North Diamond Epsilon has always believed that quality — whether in the food on the table or the linen on the bed — is never incidental. It is chosen, intentionally, by people who care about how they live. Supporting Filipino MSMEs at the National Food Fair and investing in European-crafted bedding that lasts for years are, at their core, expressions of the same value: choosing well, and choosing with pride.
Visit the DTI National Food Fair this April 8 to 12 at SM Megamall — taste the best of what Filipino hands have made, and bring that same spirit of intentional living home. Discover North Diamond Epsilon’s full collection of European-inspired bedding at www.northdiamondepsilon.com.ph — because a home that celebrates quality deserves it in every corner.
