CREATING AN ACCOUNT
- Registration is only permitted for legal entities, partnerships, and natural persons who are 18 years or older.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up-to-date.

ORDERING
- Click on the item you want to purchase.
- Select the quantity and size from the drop-down located at the product page. You may also check our size chart for reference.
- Successfully added to your shopping cart. Click “Proceed to check-out”.
- Log-in to your account or create a new one if you haven’t registered yet.
- Fill-up the necessary information and click “Proceed to check-out”.
- Read through the Terms and Conditions and mark the box if you agree. Click “Proceed to checkout”.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Once done, you will be receiving a confirmation email that your order has been placed successfully.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- If you need to return the item/s, please email customerservice@north-diamond.com with the outline reason for return, receipt, and video while opening the package within 7 days from the date of receipt or receiving the item/s. Wait for the confirmation and instruction from customer service before sending back the items/s.
- Exchange for the same item in a different size or any product that we carry will be based on stock availability.
- Items should be returned unused, in good condition as delivered with all designer garment tags still attached and any designer packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
- Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
- The following conditions are not entitled to a return or exchange as stated in RA7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines):
- Sudden change of mind
- Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by the customer.
- Send the items via LBC for shipment.
- If the items shipped are defective or different from the ones you ordered, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred.
REFUND
- The form of refund will be based on the mode of payment used upon item purchase.
- Processing of refund shall take 30 working days from the date of approval for cash payments and credit card payment. This will depend on bank processing.
CANCELLATION
- Once payment is made and confirmed, orders can no longer be canceled. However, customers may change his/her order/s before shipping the item.
- For online banking, bank deposit, and credit card, if the customer refuses the order or wants to change it due to preference, he/she will be charged for all shipping, delivery, and storage incurred.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), if the customer refuses the order, the item should be returned to the store. The COD option will not be available on the next order. However, the COD mode of payment to the customer’s account will be available after three (3) consecutive successful online payments.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
PROCESSING ORDERS
- For Cash on Delivery, order will be processed as soon as the order has been placed.
- For Credit and Debit cards, we will process your order once payment has been confirmed.

SHIPPING RATES
- Our shipping rates vary depending on the number of items as well as the shipping location.
- Free Delivery for a minimum purchase of P8,500 within Metro, Manila and Cavite areas only.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIME
Our standard delivery time depends on the shipping location.
- For Metro Manila orders, expect 1-5 business days.
- For provincial orders, expect 3-7 business days.
- Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. The time will commence from the date of dispatch.
- There might be a delay in receiving your orders during special holidays and inclement weather.

- Go to http://www.lbcexpress.com/ and put in the tracking number and click “Trace”.
RECEIVING THE ITEM:
- We recommend that the customer take a video while opening the package. This is a requirement when you need to return the item/s.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within Metro, Manila and Cavite areas and with a maximum of P10,000 amount of purchase. Any amount exceeding P10,000 should be deposited through online banking, credit card, bank deposit.
- For payments made thru bank deposit, credit card, online banking, deposit slip or proof of payment must be emailed to customerservice@north-diamond.com within 24 hours after order is placed.
PRICING POLICY
- Prices on www.north-diamond.com.ph are subject to change without prior notice. This may beb due to the consequence of supplier price changes or due to current market situations.
- All prices on www.north-diamond.com.ph site are subject to taxes unless otherwise stated.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
- Promotional codes are limited and may expire or discontinue with or without notice. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise offered. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason.
