   • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
   • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates:
   • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items in your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Time:
   • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days.
   • NCR: 2-3 business days.
   • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking:
   • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.
5. International Shipping:
   • Our shipping services are currently limited within the Philippines. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. Shipping Delays:
   • In rare cases, there may be unforeseen delays in shipping due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, customs issues, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
7. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:
   • Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information. North-Diamond epsilon.E-Lifestyle Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages:
   • If your package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact our customer support team at customersuccess@north-diamond.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and support you throughout the entire process.
9. Shipping Fees:
   • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in processing your order.
10. Order Cancellation:
    • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
